What?

I went to dinner at "Two Hippies" with my friend Brandon and fell in love with the concept, the food and the atmosphere. Well, here I am with a location, a planner, no time and 9 months later knee deep in the process of opening MY own 2 Hippies restaurant. It has definitely been a "learning curve" that I am sure will continue to curve but I'm having fun and it's coming together!
